At AHI jewels we take pride in offering high-quality jewellery. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.
❌ No Returns / No Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect size selection
- Minor color/appearance differences
⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item
We only accept claims if:
- You receive a damaged product, OR
- You receive the wrong item
In such cases:
- You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos as proof

If your claim is approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement, OR
- Provide store credit (if replacement is not available)
🚚 Shipping Costs
We do not cover shipping costs for any claims unless the mistake is from our side.
📦 Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they are processed or shipped.
